Comments
Do the isolates from the osteomyelitis patiens only contain S. aureus? I'm curious if this is a mono-species type of infection or if there are other organisms present. If there is more than one organism present, I wonder if the interaction between species along with the host interaction is contributing to the resistance.
Really interesting! This shows a new perspective on dealing with bacterial resistance to antibiotics and opens a lot of options for more effective medical treatment in the future. I hope to hear more from you in the future.
