Very Interesting topic! I know the goal of your study was to determine the effects of type 2 diabetes on testicular health. Since lipids are the precursor to many sex hormones, how do you know the effects are coming from diabetes rather than high-fat diet?
Interesting study! Is consuming high-fat foods the only predictor for early Type II diabetes? Also does feeding mice high-fat food always lead to early Type II diabeties (does correlation equal causation)?
Very interesting research! I was curious to see if there were specific differences that you predicted to see between the low-fat and high-fat gonad tissue samples before you collected them?
